Is it my Motherboard?

I am building a computer, in July I bought a motherboard (MachSpeed V600DAP). I had the computer up and running with WinXP Home and was having minor issues with the video. I found that the BIOS needed to be updated, I flashed the BIOS, then my problems really started. Now I was getting a message that my monitor was not plugged in, checked the cable, tried a different monitor, took the card out and put it back in to make sure it was seated properly. Still no luck. It was determined that the flash was a bad flash, the BIOS company sent me a new chip, replaced the chip, still same message. Replaced the VGA card, still same message.

Any suggestions?

try another vga card in the same slot if possible. try an old pci gfx card to try and rule out a completely stuffed motherboard. reset the cmos either using the motherboard jumpers or by unplugging the power and removing the battery for 10 minutes.
