Ok so this problem started about 3 or 4 days ago, I can't remember doing anything to my system that might have caused it. My internet be fine for a bit then get really slow until I got into cmd and do ipconfig /release and /renew. This fixes it for like 1-5 minutes. I have no idea really, I've tried different NICs so it's not that, other computers on my network seem to be fine, I tried a different router even. The one outstanding thing I see is that when the other computer on the network is on it seems to do it more often. Sometimes when that computer is off it is even normal. I have no idea what to do.. this is really f-ing annoying, please help!

There a software i use called Turbo Connect which what it does is tweak couple internet settings so you get the most out of your internet.
Careful how you tweak because it all depends on your software and bandwidth, if you tweak it to a wrong setting then your internet use WILL become worse
