My dell monitor is to safe for me

OKay, maybe it's not to safe..

But we recently had it hooked up after a move. i turn on the computer now and it says it's in Power safe mode hit any key or mouse to contiue, Something to that effect.

But when I hit the mouse or the keyboard. Nothing happens. What's going on.... thanks for your help again..

NVM about that, check to make sure everything inside the tower is secure, it is possible the VGA power cable came undone inside the pc.
