My video card is updated, My Sound Card is updated, and i have never updated my bios before so i don't know how to do it..but i have the rom file on my desktop unless there is an easier way to update

usually for most modern mobo's there will be a built in flash program. so all you have to do is burn a .rom or iso file to a cd and then boot off of cd. but refer to manufacturer website to see how to flash bios.

K i updated my BIOS with a Flash drive and going to test if it still crashes ill edit my post either way.
