My computer wont recognize my evo 4g please help

When i plug my phone into my USB nothing happens it just chargers and wont recognize my phone. It doesnt do any thing.

Is it recognised in any other computers? Does it require specific drivers to be recognised?

Check and see if you can locate drivers for your evo 4g, if your carrier did not lock your phone to prevent you from using it with your pc you should have no trouble getting it to work.
Look into Phone tools or any other specific suite for your phone.
