Default My computer Problem or HDD Problem

Ok well I just installed XP. I have 2 HDD's. 1 is a SATA 80gb. The Other is an IDE 200gb. The 80 has my XP. Ok well when I go into My computer and when I click on any of the drives. I get this.

Any Help please on how to fix this?

start > programs > accessories > system tools > disk cleanup

it may prompt you for which partition, select the os partition (typically c)

make sure temporary files is checked and click ok

That looks like a virus to me. Did you notice the title bar in the error message? "Recyclersblahblahblah.com"? Are you able to run a scan?
