Default My computer actually running slower than my slower end computer?

So I step up in couple of components including, ram and graphics, and it looks like if it slower than my older computer.

Anyone know what is doing this? Right now I am scanning for graphics artifacts using Ati tools, and Doing mem test, 3x (1GB) and 1x (500MB)

So far, its been running over 10 minutes and no errors, anyone know what can be causing this?

RAM errors cause crashes not a slow computer. What does your BIOS say your RAM timings and speed are set to?
