Alright, well i had an account on here as Cheapliquid which i was so inactive with that i think that's why it was probably deactivated..
well my aunt was editing using her regedit to update windows to download her service pack two, and she was getting errors when they gave her the instructions on how to edit the registry in order for it to work.
Well, the next day my grandma wanting to go on the computer and the computer monitor being off, she pressed hte power button to turn it on, but this of course turned the computer off and now it's messed up.
It continually just shuts down after they turn it on n get it on to the desktop.
when she gets on the following error turns up.

Runtime Debugging svc.
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process ID = 0x720(1952)
Thread id = 0x7a4 (1956)
and when she closes that another one pops up with same dialogue and different process ID= 0x944(2372)
and thread ID =0x94c (2380)
any input would be helpful, and i hope i posted this in the right forum.
