Alright, we are going to try this at a different angle, it may work, it might not.
If it does not work out at all, please do not kill the friendly technician who tried his best alright ?
Reboot, go into your bios settings, go into the section where you configure your hardware.
If you see keyboard USB legacy is enabled, change it legacy usb keyboard and mouse.
Reboot again after saving the cmos configuration, go get a drink and come back here....
Now if you are ready, please go into control panel and make sure you note a USB mouse and keyboard icons are active.
Upon doing so, make sure their frequencys are at 2.4ghz only and nothing more than that.
Adjust your pointer speed in the mouse configuration to something you can like.
Do not have junk or crumbs on your desk, if you run over it with your mouse, it will do the latino salsa on you for few seconds and start normally.
That can be a problem over time if your not carefull with USB laser mouse.
If everything goes alright, post back with valid pics so I know everything is working.
