mouse and keyboard issues

When i start up my computer my mouse and keyboard work fine, i can write in my password and then log in, then once i log in the keyboard and mouse wont work, the mouse can still move, but it cannot click on anything, and the keyboard wont do anything.

Can anyone please help??
