Question Motherboard wont detect 2 memory cards

Hi
I have MB P5B-v and I insert 2 DDR cards A 2 Raxnaxel Tech 2GB DDR2 800HZ
And the windows see only 2.75GB of RAM. (Win XP SP3 32bit) What could be the problem?

32-bit versions of Windows can only use 4GB of memory max., that's counting the memory on your video card and any other device that may have it's own memory built-in.

Your system is working as it should from what I can tell.

If I install Windows 7 32 bit, That will support more then 4 GB?
Or I will need to Install 64 bit windows? and if so, how could I know that my system support 64 bit?

You will have to use a 64-bit version of Windows and you will need a 64-bit cpu.
