Motherboard help

I think I am having motherboard problems (i.e. auto restarts and restart loops, dead PS2 port, etc) on a 1.5 year old Biostar NF4 4X-A7 Version 1.0. I was wondering if everyone agrees thats its the motherboard and whats a decent compatable motherboard would be current board is Biostar NF4 4x-a7.
