Not sure what GPU you have but a 430 is kind of low, Here is a good quality higher wattage one for the same price, Seasonic is a top brand so this is the one I would get for that price.

Sounds like the comouter is lacking RAM when launching the game, try changing the theme to basic and see if that helps.
