Monitor TFT problem

Hello guys

I have a 17inch TFT Monitor its brand is Relisys its 1years 5months old

The problem is this

The menu of the monitor (where you set the contrast brightness etc) is poping up automatically without me pushing the menu button and i cannot exit the menu because it seems like there is a button of the menu pushed and the menu settings keep changing. (like when you browse the settings by pushing the arrows up and down.

To exit the menu i have to switch the monitor off from the power switch it has on the right side.

Any suggestions of wtf is happening to the monitor ? Can it be heat ? or the monitor is going dead soon ?

please give your siggestions couse its getting me F up!!!

sounds like you got a stuck button. try tapping each of the buttons, and if that dont work, then is it under warranty? probably sometin sticky got inthere. doubt it to be a bad monitor, because its realitevly new, so it has to be a stuck button
