OK, sorry, I knew about the F2 setup thing, I just didn't know that was the BIOS settings. I have BIOS up on my computer right now, but I don't see anything that would help me out.
 
Boot as if you were attempting to go into safe mode but choose the "Enable VGA mode" option and boot normally. Post results please.

Alright, I chose Enable VGA Mode. The CheckDisk Utility came up and was completed. Now, it has finished and it is just sitting on the CheckDisk screen and doing nothing.
