Unhappy Monitor in mirror

Can anyone help me to change the screen resolution for viewing in a mirror, My eyes are getting several troubles by long hours of computer usage, i am using a CRT montor?

I have to change the screen resolution exactly as a mirror so that i can use the computer from looking on the mirror

Get your eyes tested, and buy an lcd. If you try to use a mirror all the text will be backwards, did you know that? And you will be still seeing the exact same light so it will be the same strain on your eyes. To change the resolution just right click the desktop and then properties.
