Monitor gets messy when the screen has dark colours

Whenever there is something dark on the screen, monitor starts flashing. I think the video will tell it all. Anyone has the solution for this?

Tried updating your graphics drivers?

What are your GPU's temps?

Have you tried using a different monitor to test on?

Tried a different cable from your GPU to monitor?

Tried the other port on your GPU to see if it happens on both outputs (if you have multiple outputs that is)?

Also, you should post your full specs.
