Not sure where to put this but since it has to do with my monitor, its going in the hardware section

anyway, everytime i try to set a picture as a background and select it to center the pic or stretch the pic. it is centering it to a point off the screen so i only see a small corner of it on my actual screen... any idea how to change the centering point?
