Monitor is acting up

Remember when you computer screen gets a little buggy when your cell phone goes off? Last night my screen just started doing it out of nowhere and isnt stopping... But there are no cell phone by it... Is my monitor going?

Did you try it on a different desktop? Check connections? Installed latest GFX drivers?
