Well since my problem was resolved (thanks everyone ) i thought i would start trying to contribute help to others problems (had a little support experience)

What i would try first is making 100% sure everything is plugged in correctly, then if that doesn't work unplug the main power source (i.e. at the wall) and also unplug your monitors power cord and PC power cord and leave it for like 30seconds - 1 minute.

If that doesn't help you may have to make sure that all your cards are plugged in correctly (graphics card,Wireless etc.)

Check all wires to see if you have plugged them in. See if you seated your video-card properly. It could be the problem that the wires are loose or isn't properly connected.
