Modem overrides wifi adapter help please
I just recently re-installed windows 7 ultimate x64 on my pc build because of some issues I was having with windows and a corrupted registry that I was unable to repair.
The modem icon is overriding my wireless adapter icon and showing that I am not connected to the internet when I actually am.
Hovering over the modem Icon in the notification bar shows that I'm connected but I am not able to turn the non connection image off or put the wifi adapter as priority.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

It seems the issue fixed itself.... randomly. After 5 attempts to uninstall and re-install usb drivers, it was back to normal
