minor stutter in 3dmark 06

i dont know if it is normal or not since the program is still new and it stresses hardware.

Even though i got a 10K on it,, on the first test,, on the beginning when you see all the guys setting up behind the boxes,, i can see it jumping a bit, but im not sure if that is because i am using a big friggin lcd or not.. and also on the one where you are in the ship over the water.. the first shot you see when it passes by, it stutters a tiny bit. Anybody else have this? Or is it super smooth

my 3dmark06 wont close to the score/desktop once it is done w/ all the tests... it didnt use to do that, i reinstalled and still nothing! 3dmark05 does the same

oh, btw, i've seen shuttering too, almost like it drops a frame or replays the same one twice or something
