just bought this keyboard and mouse package.
installed intellimouse/intellitype drivers...
devices paired to pc's bluetooth reciever without problems, mouse > no passkey...keyboard > passkey chosen for me

Now, when i mouse the mouse around the screen it appears to "lag" to an unusable point, as if the system was running non responsively almost, same as when you type on the keyboard, you press the keys and a few seconds later it appears,

this was on a brand new freshly formatted install of windows xp sp2 professional

my system is a pentium 4 2.8ghz runnin 1gig ram....even updated the bluetooth stack drivers for sp2 and my graphics/direct x to no avail

plug the old IR ps2 mouse and keyboard back in and all is well

bluetooth package works on laptop so it aint the keyboard/mouse at fault

any1 had a similar experience and is there a fix?

I have the same keyboard and mouse pair and the only time I have ever experienced a problem like this is when the computer is overloaded and trying to process a lot of things at once, or when the batteries are going out on the keyboard/mouse so try replacing those.

I doubt it could be a reception issue as I can go downstairs and the crazy keyboard still works . Sorry I can't be of more help.
