Microsoft Reclusa problem

I just got the MS Reclusa, but I found that many keys, like asdfjkl; don't work... I have updated to the latest drivers, I am on Windows Vista, I have a GTX 260 with 2 GB RAM and an Intel Core 2 Duo E8300 at 2.83 GHz. Can somebody please help?

If that many keys aren't working, then RMA it.

Does the seller have a returns policy? Was anything on the sale page there about it being defective? If not ask to return for a refund, or you will file a report with ebay...
