The Desktop Window Manager is experiencing heavy resource contention.

Scenario: The Desktop Window Manager responsiveness has degraded.

Actually it is on an nvidia gtx460. I have not updated my system as it is a new build about a month ago.

Try disabling Aero. DWM is what Aero uses to display the new transparent interface. Turning it off and back on should resolve this issue.

I have a GTX460 1GB card. This is the first time I have ever seen this before as the biggest card I have ever owned until now was a 4850 512mb and never got this before.
