Default memtest problems

how do i use this, im trying to use the one from this link: MemTest for Windows Download Page

I have 2 1024MB sticks, i think one of them might be broken. If i put 2048 in the box, it doesnt work. how do i do this lol

What motherboard do you have? Which slots did you put it in? Does it work one by one?
