Default Memtest

Can someone please explain to me how to use memtest. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't seem to get it on a disk. Which one do i download and how do i get it on a disk?

What Link are you using, Post it.

Download the .iso One. And Burn to Disc using Nero or DVD Decrypter Then Boot off of it.

When i download this ....Download - Memtest86 v3.2 ISO image (zip) ..where do i download it to? Its a zip file, do i have to do anything with winzip? What steps do i take to burn it with nero?

id rather use microsoft memory diagnostics (its easier to follow)
http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp

It doesn't matter where you download it to so long as you burn the .iso File to a Disc as a Image file using Nero or DVD Decrypter.
