Hey pretty stupid question but I need to set my memory timings at 4-4-4-12 for it to run stable. atm this is what the timings look like:

I went to my bios and I got so many different settings I don't know which ones to change to 4-4-4-12.

this is the list I got:

Cas
TRAS
TRP
TRCD
TRRD
TRC
MA time

and I did look at both of them but now I don't know if I need to change the TRC too if I'm going to change everything else...

any help?

well my ram is PC6400, but I read on the site it runs best at 4-4-4-12. but at 400mhz which is PC6400 the timings need to be 5-5-5-15 right? its confusing me and I dunno which timings to change in my BIOS.

looking at SPD my memory isnt running at 400mhz:

and those timings are different to these:

so do I need to set my memory timings too, 5-5-5-18-23? or 4-4-4-12?

You said you need to run 4-4-4-12 to be stable? You do realize that those timings are TIGHTER than what you currently have set and if anything will cause you to become unstable. Whenever the memory is set to auto it is going to set the timings looser just to help stability. Having said that, you probably need to hit ctrl-f1 in the bios to get into those timings. Also, raise your memory v by +.2V.
