Unhappy memory problem

so i am running photoshop and some of the tools that ushally run in one second take 2mins or so.

and it says that my memory usage is full even if i am not running much

i did a disk defrag a couple of days ago... would that have anything to do with it

HELP MEEEEEEEEEEE

Just to make sure nothing else is taking up memory do a system scan see if there is any spyware or any viruses on your PC, then go and defrag your HDD, if this doesnt help, try increasing the virtual memory - ask on how to do it and ill let you know.

i fixed by doing a system restore but i am still curious... was it because i de-fragged

doubt it, defragmentation is actually used to speed up your computer, it shouldnt mess it up. anyway, all that matters is that its fixed now i guess.
