Hello, I just built a new computer and I noted that the memory isn't posting at the right speed on BIOS

Mobo: ASRock x470 SLI/AC
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32gb (16gbx2) 3200mhz
CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700x (I've checked and this memory is supported by this cpu)

I have the memory install in Dimm slots A1B1

How do I get the memory to run at the speed it is suppose to?
Please advise
Thank you

Thanks for the reply

I have enabled the XMP 2.0 enabled but its still reading 2133mhz
what else could it be?

I am sorry but I do not understand what you mean. Please clarify (sorry bit of a newb)

I have also been in talks with ASRock support and they have recommend I increase the speed incrementally (ie 2133 to 2400 to 2666 etc) and with one stick of memory at a time. I have not been able to boot past 2400mhz with one stick of ram in dimm slot A1.

That's because if you just up the speed the voltage and timings aren't being set. Ryzen is very picky with timings and sub timings. By setting the high speed XMP profile and saving that should set the timings, then you need to manually raise the RAM speed in increments like they said. Make sure that the 3200 XMP profile is set. You can also double check timings by what your RAM box/kit says to manually set them in the bios.
