Hello all, this is my first post to the forum and Im alittle new around these parts. But, not for long im sure... 
Anyways... I have a memorex mini 2GB Travel Drive, with U3 Technology. I was recently trying to transfer some file from my PC, to another one. The other PC wasn't reading the drive... and I didnt even get a chance to safely remove the device. It just wasnt showing up ANYWHERE, but now I try it on my PC... and it doesnt work. Nothing shows up at all, and I belive all my info was lost....school work, homework all gone!! You think my teacher is going to belive that?? lol. Is there anyway to fix the drive?? Even if the data is lost... I still would like to use the thing.
Im using windows XP sp2, and so was the other PC. If that helps.
Any suggestions would be VERY helpful! and thanks in advance... even though Im thinking Im going to have to throw the thing away!
