MBR Problem

I have 2 HDD. I've got Win XP on my master and Linux on my slave. I formatted my slave drive in XP Disk management, however the Master Boot Record did not erase. Does anyone know of an easy way to erase it?

KillDisk. Google it, download to floppy or burn as .iso. Dunno if KillDisk will let you select which drive to wipe so to be safe remove the main one and set the slave to master, boot to KillDisk.
