Default Maybe a bad sensor? Not sure...

Ok, I got this rather new but not to new HP Pavilion XT933 computer, mostly stock, just has a ZIP drive and a extra 60gb HDD for storage, well I installed XP Pro and I go into everest and look at the rails... They seem rather low, but it should be dead with rails this low dont you think??

umm yea... filters are messing with my freaking link guys... replace the **** with F U C K..... makes me mad...

It's saying that the 12v rail is like 5v and **** like that... sry for not sayin gmuch i just got home and im a littled ****ed up.....
