can someone help me to install the driver , i'am using the hard disk but not @ its full performance (i.e SATA 150).

On the bios it mention : Maxtor ATA 100 7200 rpm.

Actually i'am only using it as ATA100.

How to install the SATA?

My motherboard provided me with drives, but even after installing
the drivers nothing happens.

Motherboard is "Abit AS8-V"

It has 4 Sata ports.

Socket: lga775
