Major problem with computer

Hi

I have Windows Vista and an ABIT IB9 motherboard. I had the problem that my PC would just randomly freeze. This would sometimes happen before I was even logged on. I decided to update my BIOS. I downloaded the latest version of FlashBIOS from ABIT as the manual said to use this for flashing my BIOS. I downloaded the latest BIOS version (no betas) and then I flashed it within Windows as the software is designed to do. The software jammed at 28%(it was not Vistas fault the software caused it) now when I start the computer there is just an empty black screen and my hard drive light is constantly on and my GFX card fan is constantly at 100%. What can I do to repair this?

You'll most likely need and 2nd computer and a pen drive. There should be a utility that you can use to make your pen drive bootable and put the bios flash on it that way.
