MAC won't recognise an external drive

Hello!

Today i installed a 320gb HDD drive into my NAS ICYBOX enclosure, went through all the instructions and set the NAS in web interface. Disk was formated in FAT64 format. After i connect the NAS throught USB 3.0 to Mac BookPro, Mac wont show the external drive in finder.

Update: USB 3.0 external disk works fine with Win7 PC through USB 2.0 and with Win7 laptop through USB 3.0.
