My new problem is that the control panel of the software doesn't work properly. Meaning if I set my sound via the sound control to the minimum volume, it still produces sounds. Or even if I mute it, it still produces sound as if it were on medium level.
That means that I cannot fix the way the speakers sound and such. Meaning if I wanted to increase the subwoofer volume and decrease the front and rear speakers, it won't allow me since the control panel is pretty much useless (non functioning). I uninstalled my old Soundmax driver and i'm about to restart the computer. But yeah is there a way to fix this?
As of now I restarted the computer. And the soundmax card reinstalled itself. I'm thinking in order to set the Sound Control Panel (Windows Default) and the M-Audio 5.1 Control Panel, i might have to set up the default sound driver / card.
How would I do that?
