Okay so the recent patch to the steam messed up A LOT of stuff. Thankfully the only thing that affected me was binding the mouse wheel button and side forward/backward buttons. Why I don't know. Valve is screwy.
But anywho, does anyone know how to do step by step the process described in that thread I linked? I know of the hardware/device manager but not really familiar with a registry list or where it is.
