Red face Logitech G5 mouse - back navigation button non-functional

Howcome the "back" button doesnt work on my G5 logitech mouse? I installed the CD that came with it and everything, and made sure it was set to navigate back in firefox.

Try updating the driver and check the SetPoint setting for that button. Try using it on IE, if nothing happen than it's probably a broken button/mouse.

Good thing it is Logitech. If it isn't a software problem than Logitech RMA service is widely known as the best.

The back button should work with out the Setpoint drivers. You can try plugging the mouse into another PC and see if it works on that.
