Default LGA1156 vs LGA1366 big performance loss...

Hey everyone, despite running at a faster speed I have experienced a huge performance loss moving from an MSi Big Bang Trinergy(1156) to the ASUS P6X58-D Premium board. According to 3D Mark06 my GPUs have dropped by around 7000 to 8000 points, despite my proc increasing by 1000points. What should my PCI clock be set to with a 206 BCLK? I've tried 100-110 with no performance difference, and with 197 drivers even after updating to 197.45, there is no difference. They (2x GTX 260s) are both registering at x16 according to gpuz, so what is the deal here?

*edit*
Nevermind, I solved the issue. I just had to remove and reinstall the Nvidia drivers and everything went to normal(in the overclocked sense).

how is it that you used the asus mobo? according to your sig, you have an i7 860 which would not fit the 1366 socket on the asus mobo.
