LCD Gone Black PLEASE HELP

Hey guys, I have a Hyundai L90D+ and yesterday I took my pc over to a friend's house. It was about -4 degrees outside and it is possible that I didnt let it warm up enough before using it. Now, all I get is a black screen. When I plug the LCD into the PC, the indicator light turns from orange to blue, indicating that it is getting a signal from the computer, but the screen still stays black. Is there something I can do to fix this problem?

Is anyone savvy with LCDs?

Does the monitor work on other computers? Does other monitors work on this computer?

The monitor does not work on other computers, (computer). There is no way it could be the computer, the likelihood of both computers i hooked it up to being broken is remote to say the least.
