Laptop Webcam

I just bought a new laptop and I'm having an issue with trying to get it to work. In MSN for instance it says my camera is either not plugged in (which it is, its bulit in) or is already in use by another program. Anyone have any ideas?

Tried reinstalling the drivers... still nothing

Nevermind I figured it out... for anyone else who might have had this issue.. HP comes with software called quickplay.. just open that softare click on your webcam and click the stop button.
