laptop problem

hey guys i am having a problem with my laptop.

the other day i left the battery to run flat.
today i just plugged it in and then switched it on.
it asks me whether i wanna start it in safe mode ect
when i click start windows normally or any of the other options
it comes to the screen windows is loading and then it restarts!

any ideas?

y did you want the battery to drain all the way ? have you FULLY Charged the laptop.. make sure the transformer for the charger or fuse inside the plug have NOT blown!
