I was using my laptop and it was on A/C power and my computer said that it had no battery power and then after a few minutes it shut off and now it won't turn back on. The little light at the front of the laptop that says it's plugged in is on so I dont know what is wrong. It is still under warranty and I don't mind taking it in but there is some stuff on my computer that I don't want anyone else to see or lose. Is there a way to transfer the stuff off of my laptop to another computer/external hard drive? Any help would be appreciated. My warranty is with Best Buy if anyone works there and knows if they would need to look in my hard drive or whatever.
