Default Laptop File Problems

Hello, I once again came up with another Problem. Well actualy its not my problem, but my grandfathers. Anyways His computer Will "NOT" Save files, and can not download anything, and as far as I know No new files can be saved on his computer at all, I think His hard Drive Exceeded the max amount of Storage It can hold, it is pretty old only runs on a "OS Windows 2000" and he has bought it off Ebay (ya I know that was not Smart.)

Anyways Please Help me find out his problem, He needs it for his job.

Thanks In Advace and please Hurry.

Go into my computer and right click on the C drive. And click properties and the pie chart will show you if the drive is full.
