Laptop DVD burner

Hi,

I try to burn dvd in my girlfriends laptop( Acer), the process go well but after sucessfully burn there is nothing in the dvd.

When I check the choose recorder option in nero burner , it said i got only virtual drive.

I can play CDR,DVD and burn CDR , but not DVD pls help
