Default Laptop Display Problem

Hi guys,

A friend of mine gave me a Laptop so I can check it for her. The problem is that the images being displayed are blue. But, when i connect an external monitor the image seems ok. What could the problem be??

probably just the connection to the screen, either that or there is a problem with the screens controller. the best you can do is open up the laptop and check the cables for the screen.

thats what was happening to my CRT monitor but instead of blue if was flickering yellow. I solved the problem temporally by unplugging it from the outlet for 5min but then again it happens so i got a lcd monitor for my B-day.
