I'm having a hard time finding the problem with my friends laptop.
I'm not sure what its called but the display isn't showing all of the verticle lines necessary to display a quality picture, its like a really old video.
It has an ATI mobility graphics card which I went to the ATI website and reinstalled the Hydravision driver because it wouldn't let me install the regular catalyst driver. That did not fix the problem and I went digging through all the settings to no avail. I don't know if this is Hardware or Software? Any help is appreciated and please ask me any questions necessary.
