KV7 mobo

Hello guys i am posting for my friend, he has a 1800+ amd processor on a KV7 mobo.

The pc isnt booting, when the windows logo appears with the bar loading a blue screen appears for like 1 second and the pc reboots and it does the same thing again and again, i tested the memory with mem test and the hardrive with DFT (drive fitness test) all seems to be fine the test passed. What do ypu guys think? what is the problem ?

Try swapping out the RAM. Also, try putting in a different hard drive and re-installing Windows. I'm guessing you are running Windows 98?

Nope, I think he's on Windows XP. It might be an OS problem. Try a repair install, see if that helps.
