Keyboard, Mouse don't work

Hi all,
New here,

Have some problem here..

Of late,while playing games,the keyboard,mouse just
get stuck up..the display and all is fine..
Stuck up I mean...there is no more power to them..
I know that for sure coz,mine is an optical mouse
and the light shuts off,Num lock etc on Kbd don't work.

And sometimes..while booting,the hard drive does not boot.

Are these symptoms of Power Supply failure??

Please help me quick before I f**k up my system.

could be power related, can you post your full system specs including PSU wattage.

I assume this mouse and keyboard are USB?
